Pralines

Well ya'll I did get several things done today including making husband of mine an old recipe from my teenage years (can tell by my kid style handwriting) called Praline turns out to really be a no bake. But this time something did not go right and it was sticky and does not want to really set up nice and firm. Must have been too much PB.Thinking back over the process I guess I didn't pay enough attention to the measurements. I use the 'dump method', most of the time anyway and just eyeball it. Just like my mother and grandmother and great grandmother taught me. This time I just didn't 'eyeball' it close enough. Husband eats them anyway cause they taste really good and he needed a chocolate fix any way. I put a few more things up on Craig's list. A few of my ACEO art cards went up tonight.
I am planning to when it finally quits raining to go out and photograph my old 1972 van and put it up for parts. It is nothing to look at but it has a race car engine and trany and read-end in it. A 350 4 bolt main. And it has 5 really rare chrome mag wheels on it from the small bolt pattern Buick Riviera of the same year. I've got several items going up next week as soon as I can get them photographed. Most are out in the trucks. Another time I'll tell you why I know so much about engines and wheels and such. Somebody once said I reminded them of the girl in My Cousin Vinny ;-)
Husband of mine just came in saying come to bed. I'll also tell ya'll more about the cookbook I'm working too later.
See ya'll on the Internet!
